Effective-one-body modeling for generic compact binaries with arbitrary orbits

We have recently presented the latest version of TEOBResumS-Dali. The model is able to describe binary black holes, binary neutron stars and black hole-neutron star systems with arbitrary orbits (eccentric, unbound, non-planar). The accuracy has been tested against a large dataset of numerical relativiy simulations, showing that the model remains accurate over a large portion of the parameter space.
